Payment Terms:

Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For on-site general welding services, the first hour is billed at $200, followed by $135 per hour thereafter. Materials, consumables, and travel time may be additional unless otherwise stated. Shop rates may differ; please contact Haldimand Norfolk Mobile Welding for details. After-hours and emergency calls are billed at an increased rate. All work performed includes setup and cleanup time. Ownership of materials and finished goods remains with Haldimand Norfolk Mobile Welding until payment is received in full. Any unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees, 20% interest -compounding monthly , and recovery costs. The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided before work begins and for maintaining a safe, clear, and accessible work area. Welding, grinding, and cutting operations generate heat, sparks, and fumes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all flammable or hazardous materials are removed from the vicinity prior to work. Haldimand Norfolk Mobile Welding assumes no responsibility for damage to existing materials, coatings, electrical components, or structures caused by heat, sparks, or pre-existing defects. All time estimates are approximate unless a fixed quote is provided in writing. Additional time or work required due to unforeseen site conditions, structural damage, corrosion, or design changes will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Warranty: Workmanship is warranted for 30 days from completion and covers repair or replacement of welds found to be defective under normal use. The warranty excludes corrosion, impact, misuse, environmental exposure, or third-party modification. Liability for any claim is limited to the total value of services rendered.
